環球資源Global Sources Ltd. 公布截至2015年第一季度業績報告。該公司將于美國東部時間2015年5月21日上午8時 (香港時間2015年5月21日晚上8時) 進行投資者電話會議，回顧公司2015年第一季度的業績。

紐約2015年5月21日電 /美通社/ -- 環球資源Global Sources Ltd. (NASDAQ: GSOL) 公布截至2015年3月31日的第一季度業績報告。

環球資源執行董事長韓禮士 (Merle A. Hinrich) 先生表示：“公司第一季的業績反映了針對中國內貿市場的‘深圳國際機械制造工業展覽會’的展期由2014年第一季改為2015年第二季所帶來的影響。在四月份，我們舉辦了一系列出口貿易展，當中的‘環球資源電子展’共計展示了逾5,500個展位，是世界較大型的電子產品采購展。電子展的第一期集中展示家用、辦公室、車載電子、安防產品和電子零件；而第二期的移動電子展則重點展示智能手機、平板電腦、無人機、可穿戴設備和移動配件，并在展位數目及參觀買家人數兩方面均取得增長，與2014年10月首屆展會相比更為成功。”

韓先生續說：“環球資源在過去十年一直專注于匯聚眾多重視品質、具創新能力的中國及亞洲電子產品供應商參展，因而成功吸引了全球頂級買家們前來參觀。正因如此，我們的電子展以展示亞洲前沿電子產品之業界理想平臺而享負盛名。”

業績要覽：2015年第一季與2014年第一季之年度比較分析

2015年第一季公司的凈營業收入為2,220萬美元，而2014年同期為3,450萬美元：
- 源自網站業務的凈營業收入為1,790萬美元，而2014年同期為2,130萬美元；
- 源自展覽會業務的凈營業收入為30萬美元，而2014年同期為890萬美元；
- 源自雜志業務的凈營業收入為210萬美元，而2014年同期為260萬美元。
公司在2015年第一季錄得一筆30萬美元的外匯虧損，有關虧損是由于人民幣在2015年第一季貶值所造成的。
公司在2015年第一季按“國際財務報告準則”計算的凈虧損為210萬美元，每股攤薄虧損為0.07美元。而2014年第一季按“國際財務報告準則”計算的凈收入則為10萬美元，每股攤薄盈利0.00美元。
2015年第一季未按“國際財務報告準則”計算的凈虧損為140萬美元，每股攤薄虧損0.05美元。而2014年第一季未按“國際財務報告準則”計算的凈收入則為60萬美元，每股攤薄盈利0.02美元。
2015年第一季經調整 EBITDA 為2萬美元，2014年同期經調整 EBITDA 則為590萬美元。
截至2015年3月31日，公司的遞延收入和顧客預付費用為1億1,480萬美元，而截至2014年3月31日公司的遞延收入和顧客預付費用則為1億1,350萬美元。

環球資源財務總監賴秀琴女士表示：“由于本屆‘深圳國際機械制造工業展覽會’于4月2日才結束，因而有關展會的財務報告時間由2015年第一季改為2015年第二季。公司的財務狀況穩健并持有正流動資金，我們所持的現金總值為1億360萬美元，同時沒有任何債務。”

依據“國際財務報告準則”計算的2015年上半年財務展望

公司截至2015年6月30日上半年的業績指引如下：

預測公司的凈營業收入將為早前所作出介乎9,000萬美元至9,200萬美元之間的指引的低位。2014年上半年公司的凈營業收入為9,280萬美元。
預測公司按“國際財務報告準則”計算的每股盈利將介乎0.15至0.19美元之間，2014年同期公司按“國際財務報告準則”計算每股攤薄盈利為0.20美元。而2015年上半年每股攤薄的非現金股票費用及與公司數個股權補償計劃相關的無形資產攤銷費用預測約為0.04美元。
預測公司未按“國際財務報告準則”計算的每股盈利將介乎0.19至0.23美元之間。2014年同期未按“國際財務報告準則”計算每股攤薄盈利為0.28美元。
預測公司2015年上半年經調整 EBITDA 將介乎1,290萬至1,410萬美元，2014年同期經調整 EBITDA 為1,770萬美元。

近期企業要覽

推出五個全新的垂直化行業網站，包括時尚配飾及鞋類、時裝及面料、禮品及贈品、五金產品及家居用品。
于2015年4月在香港的亞洲國際博覽館舉辦了一系列“環球資源展”，本屆春季展共計展示逾7,600個展位，并吸引了來自超過150個國家及地區逾77,300名買家到場參觀。
于2015年3月30日至4月2日期間舉辦了“深圳國際機械制造工業展覽會”及相關展會。
推出了“移動電子產品”網站的升級版，以及針對消費電子、安防產品及電子零件產業的另外三個垂直化行業網站。

環球資源未按“國際財務報告準則”計算方法

環球資源管理層認為未按“國際財務報告準則”(Non-IFRS) 計算方法是有效反映營運狀況的計算方法，因此于本新聞稿末部提供按“國際財務報告準則”(IFRS) 計算及未按“國際財務報告準則”計算的對帳表。

環球資源將過往及將來未按“國際財務報告準則”計算的凈收入 (non-IFRS net income) 定義為：按“國際財務報告準則”計算的凈收入扣除非現金股票費用、與公司數個股權補償計劃相關的無形資產攤銷費用、公司任何購并及投資所得的收益或虧損及相關的交易及稅務費用，及 /或公司所有扣除相關稅務費用的減值支出。而未按“國際財務報告準則”計算的每股盈利 (Non-IFRS EPS) 的定義為：未按“國際財務報告準則”計算的凈收入除以已發行普通股的攤薄加權平均股數。經調整 EBITDA 則是指扣除利息、稅項、折舊、攤銷、股票補償費用、商譽及無形資產減值、任何購并及投資所得的收益或虧損及相關的交易及稅務費用前的盈利。
