盛杰先生，39歲，自2022年6月起擔任FF Global Partners LLC的運營和財務總監(jiān)。FF Global Partners LLC全資控股的子公司FF Top是公司最大的股東。盛先生在2018年10月至2022年6月期間擔任中國航油（歐洲）有限公司的副總經(jīng)理，該公司是新加坡交易所上市公司中國航油（新加坡）股份有限公司（"CAO"）的全資子公司，而CAO又是中國航空油料集團公司（"CNAF"）的控股子公司。中國航空油料集團公司是一家財富500強企業(yè)，也是中國最大的國有航空油料供應商，是集中國航空油品采購、運輸、儲存、質(zhì)量管理、銷售、加注為一體的航油供應商。
盛先生在2008年10月至2018年10月期間擔任中國航油（北美）有限公司的財務總監(jiān)，該公司也是中國航空油料集團的全資子公司，負責在北美進行航空燃料采購，供應航空油料，并從事通用航空相關事業(yè)。盛先生于2008年畢業(yè)于University of Essex主修會計和金融經(jīng)濟學并獲得碩士學位。
